It's a cloudy day here in Toronto and I have been inside recording my demos for the upcoming album. I am so excited about the producer I will be working with and the 16 songs are great, but we will be choosing only 10 for the record. How exciting, indeed! I have been really inspired by my community. Living near so many artists and seeing them in the dog park on a regular basis. We get to share our joys and worries of doing this line of work. I am feeling like I am constantly surrounded by talented folks. It will be nearing October when I get started on the record and I will be sure to drop little tidbits of the experience with whomever becomes interested in following the log. I am now realizing that it was exactly a year ago today that I moved to Toronto, and what an interesting year it has been! All my Best,
